The handle is made from highly polished stainless steel and features a contemporary modern styling with a hand finished and polished surface. This knife is suitable for cutting fish, meat, and vegetables but not recommended for dishwashing. Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent, rinse, dry immediately and store safely.
