The Edonist collection, designed by Andrew Stokes, features an elegant, arched design with organic lines, a massive guard and a high blade heel. The Edonist is a fully forged knife, which means that the blade, bolster and tang are all heated and forged from a single bar of nitrogen-enriched 4116N steel, with an HRC of 58-60. The hand-polished, pearl-white ABS handle with two stainless steel studs is designed to hold the knife in different positions and is very comfortable in the hand.
Combining fine French elegance and unmatched craftmanship quality, the Lion Sabatier® fully forged knives and kitchen accessories are designed to last a lifetime and will provide you the tools of professional chefs for outstanding results. Remember to keep your knives sharp by sharpening them on a weekly basis with a horning steel or a knife sharpeners. Take care of virtually any cooking task you can think of when you have a product from Lion Sabatier® by your side.
